Finally physical progress!! 😀 😀 😀
I can’t believe that once upon a time I was 200 pounds!! Now I’m 154 (right; left I was in the mid to high 160’s back in February)!! Although I have pics of myself at a heavier weight (180’s), I still don’t see much, any really, physical difference between me at the weight and in the 160’s. Me at 154 is the first time I’ve seen a physical change in my body strong enough for me to see and acknowledge and not just falling numbers on the scale (though I do love those!)
On another note, can you believe my doc said told me that I don’t want to get too small and that I looked fine to her as I am now?!?!?! Poor woman must be blind. I think I look a lot better now than I did last year and sure as hell a lot better than I did two, three, four, five, and so on, years ago. BUT I still have an ideal body in mind. It’s about me being happy in my own own skin and loving what I see in the mirror. I want to be a lot smaller than I am right now, I want muscle. I also want to be true blue fit. I want to be able to run a good distance without becoming out of breath and without jiggling. I want to be able to lift heavy weights and I want to be able to carry out some crazy yoga poses.
