3/27/14: Weigh In of 161.6 lbs This turned into an obligatory rest dayy because I was sick. Upset tummy and TMI but this is my blog so, Diarrhea. The Green Smoothie I had the day before caught up to me. I think it was the avocado that did it. The recipe called for 1/4 an avocado but I put in a whole one, great consistency in the smoothie but too much for the digestive system. I’m also taking a break from OxyShred at the moment.
